Online ADHD coaching: you are no longer alone facing your child’s attention difficulties

ADHD, or attention deficit disorder with/without hyperactivity, is a condition that is still poorly understood, and above all often misread.

The “different” behaviours of people with ADHD often make them come across as lazy, distracted, impulsive or only wanting to do things their own way.

This misleading appearance causes withdrawal into oneself, lower self-esteem and a string of negative experiences in daily life, relationships, work or family life.

All this, even though ADHD symptoms such as inattention, disorganisation, procrastination, impulsivity, and difficulty managing emotions or interpersonal relationships stem from a physiological imbalance that the person with ADHD cannot control.

ADHD coaching works precisely to:

  • Explain in detail what ADHD is.
  • Change unhelpful behavioural habits.
  • Develop tools and strategies to better manage these symptoms.
  • Improve interpersonal communication and the success of one’s projects.
  • Regain better self-esteem.
  • Set up routines that make everyday life easier.

This coaching is suited to adults, parents (for their children) and/or whole families alike.

How does ADHD coaching work?

  1. Explanation of ADHD, its symptoms and how it manifests.
  2. Setting goals to achieve
  3. The purpose of coaching is to give you personalised tools tailored to your difficulties. Between each session, you’ll have “homework” to do to put the tools covered into practice, since only practice leads to meaningful change.
  4. A closing session to firmly embed what you’ve learned and, above all, the successes achieved.
