Presentation
I am a practitioner in psychology with a psychoanalytic orientation, trained at EFPP (School of Training in Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis), where I deepened my listening to the inner world, unconscious movements and processes of psychic transformation.
Before turning to psychotherapy, I worked for several years in the private sector, in international environments. This journey allowed me to explore human dynamics at the heart of the professional world: stress, relational conflicts, questioning and the search for meaning.
I now live in Rio de Janeiro, in a multicultural family context. Coming from a mixed couple and having lived in different countries, I am particularly sensitive to identity issues, the plurality of cultural references and what it means to "feel at home", here or elsewhere.
I support adults, adolescents and children, in person in Rio or remotely via video, in a benevolent, confidential and non-judgmental listening space. My approach aims to be respectful of each person's rhythm, anchored in free speech and in-depth exploration of what is replayed in life history, in relationships, in the body or in emotions.
I deeply believe that each person carries within themselves resources for transformation, even when these seem inaccessible. My role is to offer you a sufficiently containing and supportive framework to allow these resources to emerge, and for your own journey to unfold.
Looking forward to meeting you and walking a part of the road alongside you.
