I am a French teacher, ULIS coordinator since 2015, I welcome children who have special needs there. Trained for multi-DYS- language disorders, I have broadened my training to other needs because the diversity of children encountered has enriched my teaching, by opening me to other problems (cognitive function disorders, autistic, attention, hearing impaired children,...). I accompany them with consideration, rigor and good humor. I currently work in class in all subjects and adapt their documents by working the skills that will allow them to follow in inclusion. Daughter of specialized educators, and aunt of a trisomy nephew, this change of course was obvious and gave meaning back to a career that had become routine, with classes of 30 and collective, formatted and classic pedagogy. This allowed me to review my pedagogical practices, retrain with enthusiasm and approach teaching differently (flipped classroom, work plan, ludopedagogy, non-graded assessment, ...). I also do Latin (I am certified) and science fiction at University, which may seem irreconcilable, but these courses allow me to mix teaching, passion and research work.
